Posted: 10/19/2009 10:10:19 AM | Yes and if you block a favorite by mistake they fall off your faves list and you can also lose their testimonial for you in the process, because of one wrong click of the mouse. They vanish from your inbox too !
If it's the first email from them, and you intended to reply, but blocked instead, its nearly impossible to find them to explain.
I don't understand why the switch was made in the first place?
