Change your mail settings so that you will only accept messages from women. Stop wasting your time on guys who can't be bothered to read.
Change your main pic from an absolutely terrible blurry one taken in a mirror, with a cell phone, where you're not smiling or even looking up. Would you click on that thumbnail? Your second pic is great. And get rid of the other mirror pic while you're at it. | |

And to the other guy below Irish...I'm sorry, I can't remember what you're name is :( I keep the two blurry mirror pics up for now cuase it's the only body shots I currently have and I've got nothing but compliments on the dressy one.
I'm also not restricting my settings to just women because I'm not a lesbian. :) | |

I have made suggestions before but I understand it is a small staff running this site so they have little time to make changes.
BTW I love your user name, very creative in my opinion!!

I think your profile is fine. The only recomendation I have is removing the 'must be within 75 miles restriction,' as someone whom you are compatible with may live 76 miles away and unable to contact you. (Plus, I am not sure how they base the radius as I have heard it is inaccurate)
Are you contacting those who interest you, or are you waiting to be contacted?
Make sure POF is only one avenue you are using to make new friends.

Posted: 10/16/2009 2:08:07 PM | I am so glad Lily came on, she would be my sweetheart if she wasn’t so darned far away and so much younger. In any case she does real good reviews. As far as miles goes, my understanding is they go by the distance to the nearest major post office so it can be off by several miles. Hope that helps.
