The shuffleboard and pool table added something else to do, and the food that Amanda shared with me was A-0ne. I was happy with the music, and people seemed to be enjoying themselves. The bartender was cheerful and the prices reasonable. I think we were well-looked-after. A big thank you to the organizers of this event! | |

Great prices on the drinks - we were spending $7.50 on doubles- couldnt get them for under 10 bucks you know where lol
The bartender was very nice
I totally support this place as a venue

I wasn't a big fan of the music - some songs were not even familiar to me. That wouldn't keep me from going back though. Nice to see so many familiar faces. | |

It was great to see people I have not seen in a while and to see a lot of new faces. I found the music was very good. They played a old and new stuff. Hoooorrrraaaay to this new place. | |

I guess I'm what you call a regular there...lol Sorry I missed the 1st dance, I chatted with the staff and they said it was nice to see you guys there. Hopefully I won't be working the next one and will make it there. I usually head there on Thursday nights for wing night, place is full on both sides. Best prices in town and good staff to go with it!!! Very handy for me since I only live a few blocks away on Hollis street.

| Missed the Oasis, but ...

I'm glad to hear that the Oasis event went so well.
I really wanted to go, but something came up instead.
That makes me want to go to the next one, even more.
Back in the day, the Oasis - then part of the LBR (Ladies' Beverage Room) and tavern, which are still side-by-side - was part of the weekend cycle for me and my SMU friends ... having fun and drinking far more than we should.
