I have just come across the barbell complex, specifically the Javorek barbell complex 1-5, and I was just wondering how people were using it. This looks like it would be a killer for strength and endurance but is anyone using this specifically for cardio?

If so:

Are you doing this the same day as your resistance training?
As an Off day training?
More than 3 days a week.

Barbell complex

I do a barbell complex twice per week.
Consists of:
power snatch
overhead squats
back squats
good mornings
bent over row
deadlifts

I do one warmup set with the bar and then 4 cycles and time myself.
Usually go it once on a conditioning day on its own, and once in the evening where I did my resistance already in the morning.
