Posted: 10/25/2009 7:32:36 AM | Wow! What an absolute blast that turned out to be! I heart Fandango's! What a GREAT set up...and to have my drinks from glass, in lieu of a plastic cup! :) I just loved our bartender and servers...what an awesome job they did accommodating us! :) I think that's my new fave spot...the ambience rocked almost as much as STAGGERCATT! (Though KandyCatt sure was missed!) And the room set up was waaay cool!
HUGE HUGS to AMY for her generous donation of the goodies that helped to make up the costume contest prize packages! Also, to TexasRose, KnightIndented, PhotoGirl, Pokerfan, and anyone who provided a smiling mug at the Welcome Table! (Thanks to Pokerfan for his help in the clean up afterwards, too!)
We were able to collect $130 for the costume contest....the 1st place ($60) went to TINA for her inflatable horse costume! 2nd place ($40) went to MARK as RiffRaff and 3rd place went to ...I will remember when I see the pics! LOL
It was AWESOME to see those who donned costumes...from the "Cereal Killer" to the "Sexy Visiting Devil from KC!" LOL We think that there was a total of about 130 who attended, and Linda and I thank you for making it so much fun!! :) Send a shout out if you have pics to add! | |

Oh...and YES...our side of Missouri boys are generous and know their manners! ;) LOL
I am having probs loading pics...am going to let Linda give it a whirl. She did not get a ton of them, anyway...who else took pics?? Christi? Did you plan to load yours or share on your site?? Check the StaggerCattband.com website often as well...they post theirs within a few days, usually! ;)
I am waiting to hear from Fandango's to see how they liked the Fishies! I personally thought the venue was terrific! What did you guys think?? | |

You're added...pics only here, no video. I am not sure if it is allowed to list the photos, so how about if we say, they can email you here on POF for the link?? Can you email the link to me?? I tried emailing you but you have too many settings restrictions and it won't allow me due to being the wrong gender! LOL
When you log in...it should look different now...you can upload two at a time! If you wish to add captions, you have to add them before uploading...there is no edit caption feature.

I know this picture was taken in fun, but really....I don't consider myself a prude by any means but it is pictures like this that are giving the POF parties a bad name. I had a guy quit talking to me because I mentioned I went to the parties. He had the impression that the parties are like a big meet (meat?) market and that is not what he was looking for.
This is not the only picture I've seen posted at these aftermath parties like this. I really enjoy going to the parties but if they continue to show lack of decorum, I will stop because I don't want to portray that type of image. Is this image really the kind we want to portray?
I know I'm goin to have people upset with me about this post, but I feel this is a respectable site and I've not said anything. Some of the pics on these aftermath threads are better suited for the "adult" type websites. | |

Posted: 10/27/2009 3:21:46 PM | I personally think everyone is entitled to their opinions...there is no wrong or right because they are just opinions. I realize that you chose this photo as an example, but this IS an "adult" website...not a "family" or "childrens" site. In addition, it was a Halloween party, full of lots of sexy & revealing costumes. It was a close up in order to get a shot of the "eyes"...had it not been such, it would have just been another person with cleavage...less revealing than many profile pictures. 
I personally feel that if someone were to judge a person negatively, based on their attending a party where a little skin is seen...then they are too judgemental for my taste and not worth my efforts! (That same person probably sits and watches kiddie porn in private!) Coincidentally, parties get the "meat market" connotations no matter what...because certain people attempt to sabotage them from the beginning. In my humble opinion, people need to either attend them or not...not try to persuade others opinions of them! But we all are entitled to our opinion and I do not see how it would upset anyone reading yours!  | |

I changed my mail settings so people can email me.....regarding the photos and I can tell them where to go! I would be happy to share any of them and of course no charge to PoF party attendees for me to email them their pics! Just a "sweet" service I provide for my new friends here at PoF!

Photogirl...yes, I think you have to add ONE at a time right now, for some reason, or that error occurs! Just add your faves?? POF does not have a high quality photo load...but it is free...but yes, they all look soooo much better on your site! (But they are there for a limited time, no??) The BAND always ROCKS! And they change it up so often that they never seem to stagnate! I heart StaggerCatt! Gonna be another party Nov 21st with them, at Bobby's Place! ;)
Im Havoc...again...agreed that we all have our own opinions. I personally do not think there is any one specific "type" of man (or woman!) that attend the POF parties. It's not like they are AFF or Swinger parties. LOL (And honestly, I know AFFers who are not into what the initial concept of that site, was about!) I think it IS rather unfair to blame the decreasing numbers of attendees solely on one attribute, however. I think it is a combo of the past drama...old members/new members ratio (the parties STARTED out smaller, too...they only BECAME what they did gradually...a lot of older members are off the site now)...the economy...Christmas impending upon us...etc. The holidays ALWAYS make singles more desperate...they get into relationships they would not at other times of the holidays and stop attending POF parties. I know MANY who won't bring a date/partner! Also, there's been many to choose from...some just cannot (for whatever reasons) go to multiple parties! I sure would hate to see the options dwindle down only because the number of attendees at an event. I think some Fishies are spoiled on parties of 400 and higher...LOL... | |
