| Time to swing outta here
Posted: 10/24/2009 2:18:28 PM | After giving much thought and how my life is directing towards a right path I decided to close off my POF account. I think the experience here was helpful in some ways but I believe my energy and efforts should be put into meeting people in the outdoors which has been becoming more successful. I did find several people on this site who are quite geniune (a rarity on this site) and I wish them the best of luck. I do see the obvious in terms of the double standards, lack of responses, and the scams, but I always tell myself it's only a site which doesn't even equal of the entire human population. However I do feel some people should take a step back on this website and reevaluate themselves because if you can't accept who you are, then how the heck the person is going to accept you for whatever it is she/he sees in front of them.
