Posted: 10/28/2009 12:05:55 AM | I have found MY answer to the proverbial question “Who is God” and would like to know what you think.
My answer is “God is who ever you want God to be”.
This said, God can be no one and have no impact in your life and quite the opposite, can be the creator of the universe, giver of all life and… we would spend eons discussing the biblical definition.

However when the scientific team comes in they will tell you how there is no God, and that we are some cosmic accident... So be it, that works for them, and it is just as good of an idea as ones people drag out of the bible...
One thing people DON'T like is if someone says "I am God"... Does that offend you?
I know someone that says that, and when he first said it, I wanted to bust a gut laughing, then I got to thinking, that his statement was just as logical as what others have...
If we are Spirits from God, then in reality, our spirit is a piece of God, and the external is just wrapping to live a human existence.
I find it interesting that humans are the only creatures that have a need to define a creature, and that this creature empowers them... I suppose since there are a good number of people that say, well that's because animals are soulless, they have no need to think of God...
Perhaps since they seldom do things that are particularly sinful according to the bible, they know God without having to seek God out... Just a thought...
God has been something that seems to have been part of modern mans existence since humans became modern... (don't know about the unmodern man and if they worshiped or thought about God)...
God can be all things, or God can be just an idea and an explanation... I guess I don't like to hedge my bets on things I don't know about, so I enjoy making it a point to live a good life. One I can be proud of at the end... | |

God can be no one and have no impact in your life and quite the opposite, can be the creator of the universe, giver of all life and
God cannot be both. Those are mutually exclusive extremes.
You have to chose one.
