| Please review and give suggestions! Posted: 10/30/2009 3:07:13 PM | I am rusty with the whole idea of dating let alone, online dating. I have been invovled in a serious relationship for the past 6 years, and I have only been single again for about 3 months. I have no idea how to fill out an about me section, lol.
Please review my profile and let me know what you think... Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

It kinda freaked me out....lol 2. I think you have a pretty good profile. It shows who you are and what you're about. Not too long winded. You covered the bases..

Except - "Prefer not to say" for Do you want Kids generally translates here to "I hate kids"... or "I will hate your kids". Undecided/Open may be a safer option, unless it's really yes or no. Then choose one. The "Prefer not to say" answer for Do you HAVE kids generally translates to "I think I may already have some kids, somewhere." Either way, not attractive in a potential partner. Yes or No, please.
The multiple occupations within the "Artist" spectrum may have your viewer wondering if you can focus on a relationship and - if there's any money in any of it! The old "starving artist" cliche. Are you able to assuage any questions about living in your parents' basement and being able to pay your bills? You get the idea... and you could have some fun with that stereotype.
Good luck! | |

I took your advice and changed them to 'yes'. As for the artist occupation, I can see what you mean, it doesn't really say much, so I went with my 'day job' as a medical supply specialist.
