| Security Blanket Posted: 10/30/2009 10:10:39 PM | When I was small I had a blanket I took it everywhere with me until it was so ragged with play that the colours had faded and there were more holes than cloth patiently my mother took a needle and a thread to my precious blanket each time it got a new wound until the day came when it was to far gone to save she said, "One more hole and I can't fix it anymore." When I got older I had a boy I gave him my heart and he brought it everywhere with him until it was ragged with play the colours had faded and there were more holes than happiness. Patiently I took a needle and a thread to my precious heart each time it got a wound until the day came when it was too far gone to save. I said "One more hole and I can't fix it anymore." My mother took away my broken blanket. I'm taking away my broken heart. | |

Dosen't need to be you Charles | |
