| Where To Go To Meet Outdoor Enthusiasts On The Front Range? Posted: 11/1/2009 10:48:11 AM | My half a year in Wyoming is winding down and in two weeks I'll be back down on the Front Range and should be in the area for much of the winter. I am an avid hiker and wildlife observer and would like to meet more like minded people as more and more friends in my age group fade from muscle powered recreation and backcountry travel.
I know about the REI Flagship store, I'm an AAC Member, and participate in a couple of outdoor forums. The Colorado Mountain Club is also a great organization and know of their great activities. That said I'd like to know of any other places out there I might connect with other outdoor lovers in an informal setting. I'm interested in anything from more local groups, volunteer projects, to bars. I'm of course interested in meeting a good woman but can always use more trail friends whatever their genetalia.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks,
John | |

If I can find the email address or the information, I am sure you would enjoy joining their group on some of their hikes. Let's keep in touch, Debbie | |
