The headphones - do you wear them because of the aural atresia or do you just tend to wear them a lot because you like music? If it's not because of your disability then I would consider fewer shots with them on - if it is then never mind.

This is sweet, but I've friendzoned men in the past who could also have been referred to this way. I think it may on the wrong side of cute.

Again, might be the wrong side of the whole cute and childlike impression. You're 21 so it's all too easy for you to sound younger than you are depending on how you phrase things.
You haven't said anything about what you're looking for - consider adding a paragraph about that.
