well now we have a cell phone ban in effect.. so it says that you can not use a cell or eletronic device while driving a vechile.. well i think that is a great idea but.... this is going to cause some accidents.. why??? well the same brain dead person who can't pay attion to the road while on their cell phone. now stop in the traveled portion of the road... i was comming home the other day and went to pass a slow moving cube truck the cube truck was in the left lane so i moved to the right lane and ....aahhh there was a car stoped in the lane which was on a over pass that has no shoulders... i was doing about 60 kph...i skidded to a stop then i moved around the car and looked over and the person was chatting on their cell, i honked i flipped them off..the car had no 4 way flashers on, no brakes lights on.. then i saw in my mirror they drove away... i guess with every new law there are stupid people who can't figure it out... so pay attion to those parked cars in the middle of the road...

Told you it was a law designed to address general stupidity... there's never a cop when you need one... and yeah, you're supposed to pull over BUT NOT IN A LIVE LANE... makes you wish the rocket launcher still worked, but oops - they banned that, too... gotta get the voice activated launch model.

you should see them on the back roads firmbear8...or some parts of the country where they have a 24 sitting on the seat next to them...Hmmm....don't know what I would rather see?I've even seen people watching a movie on their DVD on the front dash!!And btw I still see ton's of people talking and texting!!

well when I was working [way back when] at GM they banned walking and talking too. too many stupid people walking out infront of forklifts and into moving parts of the line etc. .. or just bumping into other people. Maybe they should put something in the earpiece that shocks you if you move more than 1km/hr while holding the phone to your ear. I also find it so funny watching the neuvo outpatients walking all around stores seemingly talking to nobody in a normal voice. They all look like idiot and are very rude in general. phone conversations should be private unless they are conference calls. maybe every time some is on the phone in public we should make it sound like they are at a party or strip club so they will move to a more private location.

Hey good idea but ! They'd probbly just talk louder on the ol cell phone !LOL Heck I have been in ol wally mart shopping and someone is talking on their cell phone and because their near me they tell me to move away cause their talking on their phone ! I reply back telling them to just hang up or get away from me so I can shop . But then some times if their rude I use a few different words ! LOL It is funny when their talking on their cell alot are looking around to see if anyone is looking or listening . I don't know why people think their having a private conversation on a cell phone when their standing beside other people !hahaha!
