Reason being is, I wanted to know if there is anything that I could add or even maybe take away in order for my profile to be more appealing to the opposite sex. Do a little cropping on your photos, as the backgrounds on two of them are distracting. In particular, the poster on the wall has to go.
Other than that, "independent" rather than "independant" (in there twice).
Maybe talk a bit more about your culinary interests - interests or specialties or where you might want to take that in future. Do you want to cook something special for her?
Also, the Germany thing is very interesting - anything you can think to add to that? Language? Want to go back? Fun food/beer facts?
I'd leave the movie off the first date idea. You can't talk, and it sounds like maybe too long a night all together.

You could do with some decent pictures. In two of them you're wearing a cap and in the only one where you're not, you look mean and moody. Your current one isn't bad but take the hat off and break a smile.
Your description isn't bad at all - as has been suggested already you could expand some more on living in Germany and really, just add a little more about what you like to do. You say you have a strong culinary background and list your profession as such, but you don't actually mention if you're a chef or what you really do for a living at the moment. You could bring this up as well.
