Hi there Danny,
I know POF has set out tips to be successful, but who likes a follower?
PoF knows what it's talking about, so suggesting you've disregarded their advice doesn't make you a lone wolf, it just makes you look like you have bad judgment.
It takes too much energy to be angry and have enemies, so why even bother?
The part before this about being low stress is fine, but this line should go. It makes you sound lazy. If you can write something more positive in a similar vein then that'd do fine, but insinuating you 'can't be bothered' has too many negative connotations.
Though I may not have solid employment, I do have goals in life.
I was going to say since you've listed your employment as theatre then you should expand on that, as theatre is a pretty interesting subject, but apparently you're actually unemployed? Instead of talking about not having a job, I'd change this to along the lines of 'I'm in the middle of starting a career in theatre doing this-and-that, and my hope for the future is to be a so-and-so'. It's a more subtle way of saying you're not where you want to be yet, but still sounds like you're actually working towards something.
All I need is that special girl to be my companion on the journey of life.
This is cheesy as hell. I'd scrap it.
We'll have to see what suits us for the two of us!
At least make a suggestion for a first date idea. It doesn't have to be blindingly original but at least it's something.
You've got very little real info. All I'm getting from your profile at the moment is that you're a point in your life where you don't have a job or the motivation to do much. Write some more about things you enjoy, what you're passionate about. And I'd at least one paragraph about what you're looking for, relationship-wise.
Good luck :)
