I'm not sure if it is interesting enough (my profile) or if I'm using verbiage that's attracting a particular type and repelling the type of girls i'd like to have respond to my profile. Posted: 11/4/2009 6:16:46 AM | You've got a good profile, lots of interests and you've put some thought into it - I'd suggest splitting your main description up into at least two paragraphs, if not three, so that's it not just a huge block of text.
You do talk a lot about music in the first paragraph - you could make this your second one and write a first one about the sort of person you are. That's the main reason women are looking after all.
Plus - you could do with a better main photo, the thumbnail is very dark and hard to see. If you can get a nice clear one, with you smiling as you are of course, that might bring more traffic your way :)

Posted: 11/4/2009 12:42:26 PM | I know we all want to be judged on our words and not our pics, but it's internet dating. If you don't have a fantastic main headshot, you won't get much traffic. Your main pic needs to be well-lit, in focus, at a flattering angle, and you need a great big smile. I personally didn't like the scowling pic, but that might just be me. I want my guy to look happy and friendly.
Your profile was really good. I feel like I got a good glimpse at who you are. Good job with that!
The first date section is so hard to write. My take on it? You don't have to do whatever it is you put there; it's more of another place to show women what you're like. Show them how sweet/romantic/crazy you can be.
Lastly, you touched on what kind of woman you like--intelligent. Are there any other qualities you want in a woman? A little extra meat? A good singer? Shy? Let them know so they will know you're a good fit.
