Firefox and cookies

Hey!
I have a friend that I recommended POF to....and he was able to create his profile but now he can't seem to log-in. Keeps getting some message about cookies. I tried to diagnose the problem with him over the phone.....but, he's using Firefox (which I don't use for POF) and is also using Windows XP (and I use Vista).
So, any thoughts or suggestions would be helpful!!
Oh...and I already had him check his Privacy tab and he has accept all cookies checked. I also had him add plentyoffish.com to his exception list as approved.
Ok....
Thanks!!

There shouldn't be an issue. I, and numerous others on here, run various versions of Firefox without issue. No need to add Fish to the exception list.

To delete cookies in Ff, Tools >Clear Private Data. This clears everything in one shot.

Have your friend try to log in again.

I have my settings to get a fresh page each time I visit (prevents stale data) and to clear everything when I close Ff. Have never had an issue except when I mistype.

I've been using Firefox for a couple of months, now, with no problems accessing my POF account. However, since yesterday I can't log in and am getting the cookie message. Strange thing is, though, I can still post in the forums!

Thanks, Therealone. You've just sorted out my problem!
