(I did this earlier this week, to surprise my bf who was hanging out at a bar w/some buds... his friends saw me first and commented on how they enjoyed the view, "would do her" etc... he glanced at the back view of me as I walked by and said uh huh she's' cute and went back to what he was talking about...then he looked up again as I walked back into the room and was like "Hey, that's Kaylie...that's MY GIRLFRIEND!". LOL It was awesome.... He thought it was a riot that his friends thought I was hot and...of course it turned him on a little. And yes, he liked me looking a little slutty...and I liked looking a little slutty...and I liked that he couldn't keep his hands off of me.... It's all good!)

Posted: 11/6/2009 8:15:37 PM | I don't know that anyone is forcing women to dance seductively and, of course, the power of women is the power of the "flash," that come-and-get-me dress, behavior, dance, perfume, etc., etc., etc. They sure look like they're having a good time and, of course, the more seductive and erotic a woman gets on a dance floor the more likely she'll have a few female friends close by, which not only ups the heat on the erotic dancing, but gives her/them some protection from predators.
Sure wish we could find a word in between "slut" and "nympho" that's the equivalent of "stud." Speaking for myself and about 6 trillion other guys, I get a kick out of watching a parade of coeds hit the dance floor and dance off some of the alcohol. If men get so much enjoyment out of it, why are the only words to describe it negative? | |

Posted: 11/7/2009 5:47:33 AM | Last night took a run over to our local 'happening club'. I did the usual circuit around the place. A hot 20 something woman grabbed me and dragged me out to the floor. Next thing I knew I was getting sandwich grinders with her and her friends. All of them were in the 7 to 9 range.
They were grabbing random guys off the floor one after another for the same treatment. I just happened to be in the right place at the right time with the right attitude. I wasn't sure if it was a sorority thing, girls night out or some weird cult ritual and actually I don't really care, it was fun.
So, if you consider a bunch of young girls grabbing guys onto the dancefloor for a gropefest slutty, then slutty it is. | |

Purely negative use is an old view, today I find the use depends more on the context but still more often than not it is not so negative. Maybe I just have more colorful friends or not enough conservatives! It's not like I listen to Fox News or conservative talk radio but honestly where could you find more sluts! Actually if we were being honest those people are hypocrites and I would prefer a group of sluts over those people any day.

Hey, I have days when I feel kinda slutty, or wannabe slutty. Lol Why don't we all just cop to being occasional, parttime sluts. If we all own up to it, then "slut" loses its punch, and we can maybe move on. Tie a yellow around every tree in the woods, and nobody can tell where the treasure is really buried. (All those little kid stories had some kinda meaning, didn't they?) Lol.
Never quite understood why the term carried so much taint, anyway. Like Arnie in that movie (where Sharon Stone played his pretend wife), and he got to name the fantasy trip he wanted to take, his choice of the female lead was "kinda slutty". I'd make that same choice, but I'd probably say "earthy", being pc and all.  | |

Agreed. I've never wanted to or have acted 'slutty' in a general sense.
I prefer to be the type of girl that a guy would gladly take home to meet the parents and know the meeting went well, then when we get home all hell breaks loose!.
