| Crab & Artichoke Gratin Posted: 11/7/2009 1:02:34 PM | 1 c cream cheese 2 c mayo 1 lb backfin crabmeat 1 cup + 1/2 cup (for topping) grated asiago cheese 3/4 c 1/2 c sliced green onions 1/2 c Diced red peppers 1/4 c Diced celery 1/4 c chopped parsley 2T lemon juice 2 t Old Bay seasoning Pinch cayenne Paprika
Preheat oven to 450. Whip cream cheese until smooth and light Add mayo and whip until combined Fold in remaining ingredients with a rubber spatula until combined (do not overmix)
Transfer into baking dish; top with remaining cheese and sprinkle with paprika. Cook 15 min until bubbly and browned.
Serve with garlic crisps. | |

Just noticed the artichokes seem to be missing from the ingredients but... I don't care! Must be the 3/4 c.... | |
