two teen boys.... He will STILL have to pay child support.
That is the biggest bunch of Bull Sh*t I have ever heard.
If we are BOTH taking care of the kids he shouldn't have to pay.
Da*mn that P isses me off.

Write a check to him for the amount he has to pay you every month if you dont like it. This way if he has to satisfy a court order and show that he actually gave it to you he will have the cancelled checks. easy peasy. | |

Support is figured not by what you want but by income and is a standard sliding scale or at least form what i know about it. The courts figure the kids deserve it and need it, it's not about either parents needs or wants really. | |

he was ordered to pay support and he get's them for 2 week's and she has them two week's
kinda spilt and he also gets a month in the summer yet he is ordered to pay 500 a month
and i think that is wrong his ex is happy nad i think she should give it back | |

and he said sure 3 yrs later still waiting
and so i took it to court and now he owes over 65 grand well u know all i asked was for help now why could he have not helped..lol dumb ass
and to think all i wanted was 50 bucks a month and he was ordered to pay over 4 oh well his fault | |

Posted: 7/12/2005 3:31:41 AM | | check this out .i paid for a kid that has lived with me for 6 years. i lost a job and dint tell child support about it. so i built up like 28 thousand dollars in back support to a kid i had. they were gonna put my ass in jail. during this whole time i was asking the X to change the custody, her reply was no way then i will have to pay you so instead ,she would cash the checks and write me a check from herself, for the amount. but when i stopped ,and they said i was gonna get locked up she new she was wrong ,and if i waved any back support from her she would say that he has been living with me, and thats how we all still want it. well of course the courts didnt go after her despite he had been with me and what the arangement was .she was to start paying me now. have yet to see a dime not cuz of her but the courts. whats realy funny is i was paying 139.54 a week on a 12.00 an hour job ,do the math i dont no how my son and i survided ,and she makes more than me and only has to pay 40.00 a week. ummmm am i pissed .yes are courts fare NOT! | |

My (ex) hubby... was paying child support on a son
that was living with us too... he was with us for
5 years. And the only way she would let him live
with us is if he still paid her child support.
Gee what a bunch of sh it. She gets his money to do
with whatever the f uck she wants.... and he has the kid
with him.... Yeah... what a f ucked up thing that is. | |

Posted: 7/12/2005 8:51:52 AM | belive me i know i'm going through , the same thing its not right and your right it pisses you off , but as you know our goverment dos'nt give a shit what we think , the best thing you can do is recieve , the money talk with you ex just incase you do ned some help at sometime , for the kids , you know what i mean maby putting them into soccer , things like that,,, and if not just return it to your ex. and i admire you for that kind of stance, it showes great character , most woman , not all , would just keep it,, good for you and you ex,,,  | |
