so i just recently updated my profile a bit and i was just curious what you guys thought. i think its pretty good. the one thing im worried about is that it may be too long. also im not sure its a good idea to say what my turn offs are but i just dated a girl from POF that turned out to be way to skanky for my taste and i dont want a repeat of that. | |

Not many women are fans of the blurries, and the rest are all pretty... weird or awkward. Smoking decreases your chances of getting a date, but you already know that. I'm just telling you to confirm it.

Obvious this is about you, it's your profile, I'd delete it.
I am a wicked corn ball. I think I got most of my morals and values through watching Batman lol. I really do believe in good. I'd like to fight crime and defend damsels in distress lol.
Sooooo, parents did nothing for you as far as morals and upbringing? Believe in good all you want, but I'm pretty sure everyone does, delete it. If you want to fight crime and all that jazz, go become a police officer and nickname yourself Demolition Man or Judge Dred. Oh, and I forgot  , get the idea?
I'm currently trying to just save up a few bucks so that I can get certified in bar tending and then in body piercing.
Elaborate on this, why do you want to get certified in those specific things?
I'm all about the rock and roll... The past like two months I cant stop listening to Weezer and the solo stuff the singer did. I just am completely in love with it.
Cool, but what else do you listen to?
Some day I will own the coolest, hottest coffee shop you ever saw. I want to give people the best drinks and food they ever had and create a great place to hang out or read a book or work on theyre lap top or see a show etc. I know growing up out here in Northborough we would have loved to have a place like what I am working on. These days kids have nothing to do but drive around smoking pot and getting into trouble. I'm kind of inspired by the old 60's coffee shops you hear about and from living in Cambridge for a short time.
Great dream, that is a good exampe of what you want to do, but leave out the drugs that's horribly negative and irrelavent.
I would love to aimlessly travel around the country for a while and see what its like in other parts of the states.
Cool, but be specific if you can, certain states, countries, cities.
I like to go out and have fun. Bars, shows, concerts, parties, drinking coffee, smoking cigarettes, that kinda thing.
Never knew that slowly and willingly killing yourself was fun, let me go try that real quick. As for the rest, why do you like that stuff and where do you go as for bars, coffees shops, shows.
Feeling good, a cup of coffee, being awesome at something, coming thru for someone, being a hero, love, making people laugh, wining, getting satisfaction,taking time off from work, finding something new I like, doing something just because, coming up with a good lick on guitar or bass, making my girl smile, telling my life story, having epiphanies, the city, the sound of rain, having money in the bank, tasting something delicious, lounging, good music, parties, adventures, road trips, good stories, crazy people, driving a stick shift, serving justice, Batman, having a connection with someone, singing along to the radio even though I cant sing, goofing off, air hockey, and plenty more I’m sure.
Good God, holy mother of Jesus! I never thought I'd see that many cliches in one place ever again, I think you even beat ~Majic~ on this one, now let me comment on everyone of these and have fun. Everyone likes feeling good, a good cup of coffee. Everyone is awesome at something. How do you come thru for someone(sexually, negatively, positively, friendly?). Who doesn't want to be a hero, or be in love, or make people laugh, or winning. Getting satisfaction makes you sound arrogant. Everyone likes time off work, duh! Something new as in....? You lick guitars...? Everyone will make their girl smile, it's how and why you do it that counts. Getting the point yet...
Through this whole thing I didn't learn what you want in a relationship, who you are looking for personality wise, how you act in a relationship, what your personality is, though from what I tell it's quirky and laid back. You need to tell women what you are looking for. Elaboration is key, and by the way, grammar makes a HUGE difference, so run this through a word processor like MS Word.

The text rolls along but it has troubles, at least to me. You say 'coffee' five times. Also the "I'm trying to save up to go to bartender school" isn't inspiring. It sorta reads, well I don't want to say bad. There's nothing wrong with not having firm goals - but having firm goals that make odd sense are, . well I don't know. maybe get a second opinion. | |
