Posted: 7/17/2005 10:46:23 AM | Hey just wondering if anyone's a Chuck Palahniuk fan. He wrote Fightclub, which was obviously made into a movie.
If you enjoyed that movie, I'd recomend his other books.
Invisible Monsters and Choke, in particular. | |

Choke is a hilarious laugh out loud story.
I am looking forward to his newest book "Haunted" comeing out.

If you like him you will also love Christopher Moore. I highly reccomend Lamb. Not quite as dark of a writer but still entertaining in his own right. | |

Posted: 7/18/2005 8:09:31 PM | I just finished Haunted. It was pretty good; maybe not his best but still pretty good.
I saw him at a book signing at Indigo in Toronto. He read Guts which is definetley the best story in the book. He also mentioned that Haunted is going to be an HBO special and he just "optioned" Choke for a movie. So Survivor is his only fiction not yet being made into a movie! | |
