Personally I think this will be great news for Haliburton share holders, oilmen and recruiting terrorists. The debit is sky high and with all that borrowed money entering the economy, inflation is bound to kick in soon. Stem cell research is on the shelf and the war in Iraq can only get bloodier. What does another 4 years of George mean to you ? What do you think the rest of the world will see the Bush victory......the American people actually voted him in this time. | |

Let's be honest for a minute. The ''war on terrorism'' is the only thing that Bush really seems to be having going good for him. So when all is finally said and done in Iraq, what will we do next? That's right, we'll threaten and attack some other random country that can't defend themselves and most likely accidentally open up a whole 'nother can of worms with one of their allies. | |

i dared to hope that the dems would win, that enough of us would vote...
i can't even be mad like last time because this time he won fair and square.
to tell you the truth i'm scared.
during clinton's term the warehouse where my husband worked paid $15/hour and health benefits were free. a year or so after bush took office the wages dropped to $10/hr and health benefits rose to almost $200/month. what's gonna happen this time? if his wages get cut or health benefits go up again (they went up $40 last month) we're not going to make it. i am honestly scared.

I don't know I'm at a loss.... but Bush stole the election last time, and there was no reason to think he couldn't do it again. Not saying he did, but when you're president you have a lot more power. As president he was just able to reach more "God-Fearing" Americans than Kerry was. And, let's face it, Osama Bin Laden is George W. Bush's best friend!!! That's right, you heard right. Who benefitted the most by 9/11? Right, George W. "I had no mandate before 9/11" Bush!!! After that, he had the support of the country, democrats included.He got all the funding he wanted.... he got all the tax cuts he wanted.... he got all the power to go to war that he wanted.
