Safety Harbor, Fl 34695
on Sunday Nov 13, 2011, Pavilion #5, from 10:00 am untill 5:00 pm.
Being this a County Park, no alcohol is allowed and there is no electricity!! If anyone has a generator let me know. There are grills there, if everyone can bring a covered dish and if possible let me know what it is, also brings your own drinks and lawn chairs.
The park can be accessed from McMullen Booth Rd. in Clearwater or 580 from Dunedin or Oldsmar. There are signs to the parkway, then look for the Philippe Park sign. Turn there then look to your right for the pavilion, there will be a POG sign there also.
Hope to see you there, just sign up.

Of course there will be more details later and I am sure some of you will have questions. There is parking there but it may fill up fast so if you can carpool it will help. We will get there earlier to set up. It is a beautiful spot, have had three or four group picnics there these past couple of years and everyone enjoyed it and stayed till the evening. | |

Diane, thanks for passing info about the picnic around last night, if I had had more time I would have made a bunch of flyers but had a friend in hospital. Enjoyed all the costumes last night, you and Rick did a great job. Hope we get a good crowd for the picnic, they are always fun, good food and good company, a lot of fun people have signed up. Just two weeks to go! | |

In my family, parents and 5 rugrats, every one wanted the drumstick, my sister-in-law Janet makes 4-6 extra to this day, depending who is coming for dinner!!
Rey, you bring up a great point!! We need to get the people who have the room, vans etc,
to maybe meet in a Walmart parking lot and car pool in. Please let us know if you can help in this way!! I try to make this happen with a van from Spring Hill, for most events, have to get tags and insurance yet, for this to happen for this Picnic!!! | |
