2 social euchre matches (played progressive, that's where you partner once with every other player)

Wednesday, November 9th
Join us on the second Wednesday of every month!
$5 nacho and $3 personal pizza special until 8PM
Happy Hour until 8PM - Domestic beer $1.50 a bottle
To eat first please arrive before 5:45
OR before 7:45PM for the second round!
We will start playing at 6:15
and again at 8:15!
Depending on how many people are playing it can take 30 - 90 minutes to play each round.
Euchre is not required, if you just want to just hang out, have dinner or maybe some drinks and be social that would be GREAT, too!
The whole idea is meeting new people
so don't be left out of the fun!
Have the kids, that's OK.

The Event:Each player is partnered with every other player over the course of the night. There will be one or more tables playing at the same time, depending on the number of people in attendance. After four (or a multiple of four) hands are played, everybody writes down the number of points that their team scored, then switches partners. Repeat until all of the players have been paired with each of the others once. Everybody adds up the number of points they scored throughout the night, the SINGLE PERSON with the most points wins.
Every multiple of sixteen players that we have we will start a new tournament

I can better plan for how many will be playing starting at 6:15 and how many at 8:15 and you can play at both times if you want as well! Also plan to get there at least 30 minutes early if you plan to eat before playing cards! | |

Posted: 11/9/2011 2:06:44 AM | I have had as many as 320 attend a past event, however 24 signing up for an event that is during the week is pretty good.
Gordy's has a nacho special on Wednesdays until 8PM for only $5 and personal Pizzas for only $3, Happy Hour is until 8PM and domestic beer is $1.50 a bottle. | |
