I look nothing like my photo's but im not dating so photoshop is the bomb!
MrsNaamah actually once photoshopped huge boobs onto me and the results were astounding.......If I had actually met anyone who saw that photo, they would have been soooooo disappointed lol | |

just put one up of 20 years ago, only different is a little less head hair )and 3kg). if i got dressed in the same stubbies and singlet, i'd my twin :)

While I'm not here dating either, of the dates I did have, my pet hates were people who claimed they were intelligent, had a sense of humour and were easy going... Yet come meeting time proved to have the personality of a cricket bat.
This could've been written off as not that interested in me, which is perfectly fine considering what I have found in a partner now. Yet one or two of them just kept farking calling and texting afterwards! | |

phones, i have walked out on people that text all the time, once or twice if they have young kids...
or their is checking on them, too make sure i am not a conplete nutter

Posted: 3/4/2012 10:41:11 PM | When a girl calls me "mate" or talks like a faaaaarkin bogan or uses too much blokey slang (unless it's obvious irony). It's a small thing but if it happens more than once it's over.
When they talk about their ex. Like, at all. Very elementary dating faux pas. Even if you've never been on a date before you should know this one at least! Don't care how nice/how much of an asshole he was.
Really crass sexuality. On one first date I was asked about my masturbation schedule, replete with gestures. Yeah...
If they decide to get drunk or show up drunk. Just no.
Can think of more but I won't bother. Some of the above are also my reasons for very, very rarely dating Aussie girls. Too many bad experiences. Not saying all of them are like that but the ones who for some reason like me are! | |

My pet hates regarding pets are when they sleep with us. Pets seem to like me, which is OK. Until they sleep ontop of me and all around me. I can't move and I do move alot. I feel so bad because I'm disturbing the pets and they give you that "I'm annoyed with you" look. | |

Talking about past relationships. I dont mind hearing about this to some extent. If someone has had a long term relationship or marriage its a big part of their life and it would be difficult to refer to things they've done in the past without some mention. Also I want to hear about how they handle relationships, how they handled things before and what went wrong so that I can make an inference about whether its likely to happen again. I want to know how emotionally separate they are from their ex and whether it matters. If they've got children from past relationships this ex is going to be a part of their lives forever and, at least potentially, part of my life if I connect with them. Obviously there is a difference between referring to an ex as part of the bigger picture and droning on forever as if they are not a separate entity. | |

I was definately referring more towards the people that mention the ex every third or forth sentence. I find it even more of a turn off if they are actually speaking ill of an ex. I don't mean just mentioning that you no longer like the person, more so... explaining how much of a "dumb ass ****" she was, and wish she was dead because she ruined your life. I don't need to hear that so early on, it also yells "Relationship issues" and "She's still in my head".
Obviously, people with kids would be an exception for some. (I don't date men with children so i don't have this problem) | |
