Page 1 of 1     When you click Inbox - there is a list of online users - sometimes there is a red chat and other times there is not. What does it mean and why is this not in the general faq and why can't I find an answer to this question without reading a 1000 forum posts? There is something automated here and I'm trying to figure it out. Also you didn't describe your problem in enough detail to get an 'intelligent answer' from the folk that have tried to help you. Anyway, I'll try to guess what you mean too... If Chat's not showing on the Inbox next to their name and you're sure they have the realtime chat feature enabled -- it's quite simple -- they're offline! Sometimes also it takes the system a while to catch up and remove the 'Chat' next to their name when they've signed out, so you can end up attempting to chat to people who have already logged out in the past few minutes.
