It would be much easier if instead of just a yes or no, there was a search criteria for how many and general ages of children the prospective date has...

infant/toddler
pre-school
5-10
10-13
14-17
over 18

I have noticed on the forums that several people say they will only date people that have children of similar ages.
I personally would only date someone with older children (or none), but there are ones that are only looking to be with somebody that has younger children. Thoughts?

Not a bad idea. It would remove a lot of the guess work.

I don't think it would be a good idea. It could give pedophiles added incentive to target particular women, I think particularly those with younger children. Pedophiles purposely start relationships with women in an effort to get close to the children.

I 100% agree. The same goes, in my opinion, for people who post photos of their children. ( Yes, I do have my son in one of my photos but he's 27......)

We can simply ask our prospective date about ages of our chidren.

Oh, I don't think kid PHOTOS should be on here by any means, but general ages and number of offspring might be a nice screening tool.

I like the idea. It would save someone like me, whose kids are 22, 21, and 8, from wasting time on those who would reject based upon my kids.
