Im looking for low sodium, and calorie recipes that are easy to make(Main Dishes, or Deserts). I just recently started exploring cooking and making odd things here and there. Ive never been to sure on what to make that's low cal/sodium other then salads. I have a mild allergy to cheese, and have to watch how much I eat.

You can cook any recipe without adding extra salt. You can buy low sodium products such as tomato sauce, ketchup, soy sauce. There are canned vegetables on the market with no salt added. You can turn any recipe into a low sodium one easily just by watching the ingredient labels.

I love me some microwave cooking, esp. in the summer.
The internet is crawling with quick and easy recipes, here's my favorite 6 minute dinner

Throw some water & spices in the bottom of a microwave steamer, heat for 2 minutes.
Throw a slab of salmon on top of it, cover & heat for 2 minutes.
Then let it sit for 2 minutes before disturbing.

chicken with cherry tomato sauce and whole wheat pasta. It not really a recipe but I can tell you what i do. season and Roast some cherry tomato with onion and some garlic until the tomato pop. next put them through the blender with some herbs like basil orageno. now you got some low calorie sauce. season and saute skinless boneless chicken breasts with some mushooms. serve over whole wheat pasta with some parmesen cheese. Enjoy. it should be about half the fat and calories of a traditional parmesen chicken pasta.
