It not really a recipe but I can tell you what i do. season and Roast some cherry tomato with onion and some garlic until the tomato pop. next put them through the blender with some herbs like basil orageno. now you got some low calorie sauce. season and saute skinless boneless chicken breasts with some mushooms. serve over whole wheat pasta with some parmesen cheese. Enjoy. it should be about half the fat and calories of a traditional parmesen chicken pasta.
