username in searches and my profile in searches, yet my accounts not deleted, any ideas whats going on?

i type in my username to search and nothing shows up, i also did a search for girls in my area of 5 miles thats online and i dont show up

Yes, your account has been likely been hidden by the system. It's an issue several POF members are having and it's being looked at. There is a thread dedicated to this issue if you want to add to it.

I just clicked on it, and it asked me to sign in first, which may indicate it's hidden.


Hidden profiles can still be viewed via the Forums if the profile owner has posted. It is only hidden from search results which are all on the main dating part of the website.

ya,im not showing up in the search function,i want to change that, where can i go to 'unhide' my profile? i need the link, forum or help with that. I pay to use this site, not showing up in the searches or even by my username is absolutely ridiculous.

yeah, a 6 month subscription, pretty dumb if you ask me that the features are limited and dont work,i relized to that other than knowing if your messages were read/deleted or unread, paying for this site does NOTHING.

I honestly shelled out the money cause i was worried that sending/recieving messages would just eventually be a pay feature
