Posted: 5/29/2012 4:53:30 AM | They have a small customer service staff here. They can not help with many of the problems and complaints. It usually takes days to get an answer if the issue is one they can address. Tons of their replies are canned responses.
40 million free members. A handful of support staff. Get the picture? Most are whining about stuff that the customer support staff have no control over at all. They are skimming trying to help the ones with real problems they can address. They for sure will not reply to any question that you can just read the answer to in the help section etc.... I would think that answering the emails at that address would be absolutely mind numbing. Tons of whining about a free website...
