|out of the blue, i got tailbone pain for the past few days. I had problems getting up and it hurts when i sit up or walk. I took tylenol and it helped a little. then i decide to research tailbone pain on youtube. I found a video on yoga stretches for tailbone trauma and i did the stretches and that helped big time! My lower back and tailbone pain is almost gone and my back and tailbone isn't stiff or tight anymore! So i will continue to do these stretches for the next few days. I myself am a yoga practitioner but i haven't done yoga in several months and i will get back to it. I got into yoga due to having back pain a few years ago.|
so if anyone has tailbone or lower back pain, this may help.
