Social Euchre
Euchre players and and non-players
are welcomed to attend!
Register to attend at the sign up area
$5 nachos and $3 personal pizza special until 8PM
Happy Hour until 8PM - Domestic beer $1.50 a bottle
Arrive at 6:00PM to socialize
and eat before euchre!
Euchre is FREE
We will start playing at 6:45PM sharp
We will play for approximately 2 hours with
social hour before and after playing euchre.
We don't want to rush playing however we DO want to play quick enough so we are not still playing at 10:00PM. Try to be there no later than 6:30PM so we know how many players we have.
If we play "houronsively" (don't waste time)
A 8 player set of tables should complete in less than 1 hour.
A 12 player set of tables should complete in 1½ hours.
A 16 player set of tables should complete in 2¼ hours.
Euchre is not required, if you just want to just hang out, have dinner or maybe some drinks and be social that would be GREAT, too!
The whole idea is meeting new people
so don't be left out of the fun!

The Event:Each player is partnered with every other player over the course of the night. There will be one or more tables playing at the same time, depending on the number of people in attendance. After four (or a multiple of four) hands are played, everybody writes down the number of points that their team scored, then switches partners. Repeat until all of the players have been paired with each of the others once. Everybody adds up the number of points they scored throughout the night, the SINGLE PERSON with the most points wins.

Posted: 6/27/2012 7:08:13 PM | Tonight i made my first POF event. Hopped in the pond with both fins and had a blast!! Played euchre for the first time and no one choked me or anything! LOL Thanks everyone for a wonderful evening!! Can't wait to do it again!
