He needs to open any email, look to the right where i says blocked users. He'll click on the list and see if you're there. If so, he has to click to unblock you. If he blocked you accidently, that'll fix it. Have someone send him this, and if he'll do that at least he can see if that's what happened. If you've done all that, leave a post in the help/suggestions and WAIT for a member or a mod to respond.
