The staff numbers at POF are very small and the user base is very large. Some of the e-mails they get are for foolish things, as I am sure you can imagine. They have to sift through the junk to get to the ones which actually need actioning. Be patient. EDIT - Blimey - two minutes after her last response and the account is already deleted !
