What ever kind Seasoning, your choice Mix bacon with the ground beef and seasoning. Make 2 thin patties; I use a large round glass to cut to size. I make them bigger than the bun Put cheese in-between the two patties ( keep away from edges a little bit) and press the edges together, sealing in the cheese so it don’t drip out while cooking. Options A little minced onion or garlic or broccoli….ect. Add just a little bit on top of the cheese before pressing the patties together. I make a bunch at a time and freeze them ummm soo good !!!
