I am not able to read my messages, use the meet me feature, see who had viewed me... these pages do not load and I get a blank white page. I am wondering is someone may have possibly hacked into my page since i recently broke up with a man who works in IT who I met here on POF. I have a gut feeling he is upset and most likely hacked my page and did something so that I am not able to meet any other men on here. I would hate to have to create an entire new plenty of fish profile for myself since I am happy with the one I have on this website right now. Anyhow, I would like to get this issue resolved as quickly as possible so that I can begin dating again and move on from this relationship. I am not sure who to contact for the much needed help since there are no phone numbers, emails or websites. All I found was this forum and the FAQ's do not answer my question or help me and each me what to do in order to access these pages once again. If someone can please give me an email, a phone number or a website that I can contact myself that would be great. Thank you very much and I hope to get some direction as to how to fix his problem soon from someone who works with tech support at plenty of fish.

That would not be "hacking YOUR page" that would be hacking this site.

Try another browser for starters. Clear your cache and internet temp files.

There is no phone number for support here. You can try customer service but that really is not for tech support.

If you use Internet Explorer now go get FireFox or Chrome.

Run a good spyware/malware scan.

^^^^^ POF IS HAVING SERVER PROBLEMS. There is NO WAY TO HELP YOU! Just relax and wait for them to get it fixed. There is no magic bean we can hand out. Just go grab a cold beer from the fridge and relax. This could take minutes, hours or days. POF does not announce the nature of their tech related issues or a timetable to fix them.

There is NOTHING you can do but relax and wait it out. There is NO NEED to keep posting in this thread "ME TOO!" Its effecting MILLIONS of users. Its NOT just you. They know you are having issues.

something is wrong in the asp code used here
simply change your navigator... gecko motor (firefox) seems to be not working here.

trident(internet explorer)
&
webkit(safari) are ok


tested using a 3 motors navigator: Lunascape.
