** I have read EVERY post in forum search about this, none answered my question. I also seacrehd the help option. The only thing I found was 4 years old and might have changed. Any help is appreciated.

I have my pictures set to private because of my job. Ive sent out a few messages (all with private images attached) and discovered the only people that reply back are the ones without an image filter. Might be a fluke, but i'm not sure. If i try to message a person that has "must have picture" would they not get my message even if I sent them a message with a picture attached to it? Ultimately what I'm asking is, does the picture have to be a PUBLIC picture for you to contact users? Thanks again.

No. If you are messaging someone who has that mail setting, YOU select which Private Image to attach to your message. Any message which does not show in your SENT FOLDER has not been sent. If you are being blocked by a mail setting, oftentimes a message is given which will help you determine the problem.

actually i have been in the middle of a conversation with someone, sat and waited for a reply and thought they left the computer, this was through the normal mail, not chat. well the message was in the out box so later i asked if i had scared her off already after seeing that she was still online, and she said she was waiting to hear from me. the message apparently never made it to her. weird. then the conversation continued so i don't feel like she was lying. after that i sometimes wonder how many no replys are because the web site is just terrible :/ but i'm sure it's not that many.

The website doesn't have to be terrible to have a certain amount of mishaps. I've played some pretty good games on pc and they all have bugs, nothing is perfect.

Sometimes certain messages don't go through, but it seems to have been pretty rare in my experience.

Sure buddy calm down.

How about ....... send another message? That was the answer I got for you when I asked my magic 8 ball.

This is how it works... Send a message. Check your sent messages. Is it there? It should be sent then. If its not in your sent messages it was FOR SURE not sent.

After this at ANY POINT if you want to send another message then DO IT.

This is a free website with no tech support. This is self help. Just deal with life and work around the glitches. I cant believe people have meltdowns over little issues. If you have not heard back MESSAGE AGAIN. Its only going to pizz off someone that does not want to hear from you right?

Dont pay any attention to the reply box. Was it in sent messages? It was sent. If you do not hear from them again send another message.
