When I've responded to each of these three women indicating a mutual interest on my part, my message has been read twice and deleted with no response, and the other time, deleted without being read. I'm struggling to understand why this is happening. Why would a women indicate interest (especially the one last night) and then delete a response? | |

Women are famous for doing this since the begining of time. Get used to it buddy. I think they call it something special like "womens prerogative" to make it seem special and privileged,. Its not. They are just wishy washy. Fickle would be a better term.

Posted: 7/15/2012 1:43:16 PM | Who knows ! To send a flirt, they had to have your Profile open, so one would presume it was read before the flirt being sent. Perhaps they sent out a load and then decided to focus on the reply from the user they were most interested in, perhaps they have changed their mind regarding their interest, perhaps they left their account signed in and someone else sent you the flirt.
At the end of the day, it doesn't matter. You responded and opened up the lines of communication and unless these women tell you why they acted in the manner they did, you'll never know.
Just focus on the conversations which get underway and try not to dwell on the reasons for the ones which don't. | |

Maybe if someone wasn't such an incredible sexist pig, and not bitter about things that had happened to them... they would have better luck finding a relationship with someone.

There are people that are fickle and change their minds on a dime. There are just as many males that do silly things like this as there are females. One day they are all about a woman and the next day they have completely lost interest for whatever reason.
How about you not come to the "AskAGirl" forum and offend the people that are being asked the questions here. How about you stick to "AskAGuy" and think about what an incredible nitwit you just came off as. | |

Absolutely agree 100 percent mom. Nitwits come in both genders. Sorry I didnt think I needed tto explain that. Males and females can both be wishy washy and change their minds at the drop of a hat. And thats basically what "women's prerogative" means". I didnt invent the term. Its' well established and for good reason.
They can change their mind whenever they want and we cant complain. Men are just called dumb azzes. Which is worse?

To be honest, I am new to dating and it is a little scary when you fist get into it. You never know who really wants to get to know you, who wants in your pants, who is a psycho, and so forth.
I generally hold guys at an arms length and then chicken out as well because I do not have enough dating experience to know the difference. To be honest, most of the guys I have met off here are not good ones. So far, I have met three guys from this site. One was really nice, but I was not attracted to at all, another was a complete psycho and spent the first "meet" telling me about how good of a person he was and how I should give him a chance... Scary... He ended up harassing me for two days after I told him I wasn't interested... Took me telling him a second time to get it. The third, I do like and it still scares the crap out of me...lol... My point is, there could be many reasons... Mostly because there are so many jerks (men and women) that are not upfront and honest and makes people a little more careful. I have come to decide, I may like it better being single... Not sure yet.. | |
