It is too easy to accidentally fall into this trap. I have never intentionally messaged or searched for anyone looking for intimate encounters but it seems I cannot send messages to those that block this.

This policy of not being able to back out of this without deleting the account and starting over may have worked fine when the site was free. However, I just plunked down $35 for a 3 month upgrade and I stand to lose this if I delete my account.

I need either a refund for the upgrade or to have my account cleared of this nasty stigma.

How can I do accomplish this short of calling my credit card company and having the charge disputed?

Your first thread on this matter was closed for being redundant.
I'm not quite sure why then, you would think it would be okay to keep creating threads on this matter.

That being said, just because you are a paying customer doesn't mean the same filters and rules don't apply to you. As a paying customer you have access to extra features, which you are benefiting right now. No where does the user agreement say that as a paying customer you get to bypass filters and rules.

In closing, please stop posting redundant threads or we'll be forced to also restrict your forum activitity too.

You can't accidentally message IEs

As for you paying, you will not be treated differently here because you paid.

The filter is pretty redundant if all it takes is to pay a monthly fee and you can have the restriction lifted??

Yeah yeah yeah.... You only see IE profiles by deliberately searching for them. They do not show any other way on this site ANYWHERE. No accidents buddy and no do-overs.

If I can't accidentally do it, then maybe this isn't the reason I'm blocked. However, since there is no tech support here that can confirm the cause of the issue I am left to assume it's the "IE" thing as you call it.

I was messaging fine before I paid. So maybe it's something else.

Is there any help available on this site to get to the bottom of this??
