You are correct. It isn't a common practise here. I'd venture to say you'd be hard pressed to find a doctor to perform the procedure without a sound medical reason. Personally, I think it's both archaic and barbaric.
Yes, there is a difference however I'm of the belief it's more about the emotional attachment between the two people involved than whether a foreskin is intact (or not) | |

I am not a penis inspector by any means, but my personal opinion is that I do prefer a circumcised male. Of course, all bodies/penis's are different in the amount of skin they have there. From what I have seen, some have half way up the head some have totally covering it. Some, you can use as a purse. Lol I am sure the same can be said of the female gender as they all have different labia types too.
It depends on whether the owner of the foreskin knows how to care for what is under it. ie: careful washing and drying etc. Otherwise, It can be a stinky mess! Other then that I would like to think if the person cared about you as a person, they would care about ur penis whether or not you are circumcised. | |
