If they leave the site then the chat goes at once. No time lag. You stay "online" for 15 minutes. They may also login on a phone that does not support chat at all. So they are just online. Admin has stated almost 40 percent of our members use phones now to access this site. Some of the POF phone apps keep them logged in and "online" all day if the phone is on.
