So there I was, gathering all the leaf product from the front and backyard from raking the parents lawn. I had a nice big pile for the boys from the town to come and get it hauled away. I was rather proud of myself for getting it done early, so I went inside, cracked a tasty beverage and was enjoying some TV when it happened. A car load of punks crashes through all my hard work and redistributes my nice pile all over the street.
So, me being me, I figured why get mad when I can get even? I got my pile back in order and decided my new pile needed "a little weight" (to keep the wind from blowing them away) I placed three giant logs, 5 steel posts in there and a couple of bricks. About 15 minutes later, the punks came back to take another run at Gibb's hard work.
There was a God awful noise as their car hit my leaf pile from hell. Nothing like the sound of the underside of a vehicle making contact with steel, bricks, and large wood logs. It shot logs, bricks, and steel posts around the area. The punks kept going.
I would bet thats the last time the little runts messing around with someones leaf pile. | |

Posted: 7/22/2012 2:26:28 PM | yeah.but you gotta be careful........there was a fellow around here that lived on a sharp curve that got tired of his mailbox being hit.and espically tired of the people who hit it just driving away.....so he got a 5 foot section on 6 inch I beam.....concreted it solidly into the ground and mounted the mail box on it......next person who hit it successfully sued him for the damages
its a sad country we live in | |

They commit a Federal crime by destroying a mailbox.
And the owner gets sued for trying to stop them.
Too many sue happy lawyers and coddling pansyassed juries. | |
