If it's not in your sent box, it wasn't sent. The fact that some of your messages go through and not others, suggests that it's a filter that is blocking you. The filter might be based on the content of your message or mail restrictions put in place by the person you are trying to contact. Also, initial messages are scrutinized higher by the system then messages going to those you've already exchanged mail with. A User's Profile was deleted, but not the actual User Account, resulting from massive Errors generated by a User trying to rig the Voting System utilizing automated Bots or other similar Types of Abuses. That User's Profile may have been deleted. There will also be unpublished filters put in place by the Admin for proprietary reasons, such as a high Percentage of E-Mail blocks or a high Contact-to-Complaint Ratio, etc. Unfortunately the above example is only one - there are others that will not be disclosed in order to disuade circumvention of those filters and blocks.
