If they were deleted from the system there would had been a reason. POF doesn't just delete people for sport. That being said, even if POF had a number for you to call and complain, they wouldn't disclose to you what grounds another user was removed for. In closing, you might want to re-read the user agreement both you and everyone else on here agreed to when you joined POF. No one has a right to be on POF. Membership is a privilege. A privilege that can be revoked especially if a user is violating the terms and agreement of this site. I'm not even quite sure what you feel you have worth complaining about. Thread closed.
