Not the ones who write in asking for help, the ones who answer them. Oh and your last sentence was too negative.

You are poorly dressed in every photo. I don't think this 'real' person you look for is into poorly dressed beer drinkers.

I don't actually know why i'm trying to take advice of people on here who are obviously still on here because they haven't found anything themselves. Not the best people to ask really, especially a guy who can't spell college. | |

I know you're in your 20's and maybe that's how 20 year olds dress, but I have two kids in their 20's and they don't look as sloppy as you do.
Your pictures aren't that great, you're sneering in your main one, how attractive is that to women who are scanning your pictures, thinking you might be a potential date?

I appreciate the advice about the negativity in the profile, but the seemingly personal attack was completely unnecessary. I'm not going to dress for pictures any differently than I would do normally...then i'd be giving off a false image. | |

Posted: 8/24/2012 7:38:03 AM | Michael, I think it's just a matter of there being very many people in your age group so girls can be very fussy. I do like the photos you have but think you should add a few more of just you. Change your body type to either thin or average. "undisclosed" conjures up the image of too large to fit in a door, which clearly you are not!
Try to play nice with the reviewers. You are very right in a lot of what you said but it's not helpful to get angry. The people doing the reviews are just regular people like you. They don't work for POF. They don't know everything. If they are men, they don't necessarily know what women are attracted to.
In the "drink" which had a straw and lid on it, maybe it's just me but I don't assume it's alcohol! It think it's soda or ice tea. At your age and being quite cute it's likely you'll do better in real life than trying to meet someone online. This is a better place for older people who have less opportunities to meet single people our own age.
My brother lives in Columbia, Missouri (USA), is that where you went?

The drink was actually cranberry and orange juice blended with ice...so yeah it wasn't alcohol.
I was in Warrensburg, MO. It's like 45minutes away from Columbia I think. I wish I had gotten the chance to go to Mizzou in Columbia instead of where I went, but it was still amazing! | |

Whether you are or not and regardless of if you were mad or not really doesn't matter. It's the first impression women are going to see and they're gonna pass on someone who looks mean and angry. Looking at your other photos it's clear that you're not that type of guy at all but some women wont take the time to click to view your whole profile when they see a pic of someone that looks mean. I think you're perfectly dressed for someone your age. I would go with the "hat" pic as my profile pic. You're clearly a good looking guy and you have some killer style going on in that pic. That's my two cents.....get rid of your current profile pic and you're golden I think. | |

I live in Wisconsin and I have never seen a guy wearing a scarf, but I think you should should have one of your visits here and make it a trend!!! As for your clothes....not understanding what is wrong with them. I mean come on people....we wear cheese on our heads and paint our bodies green and gold and you are giving him crap about his clothes!!! Go Pack! :p | |
