| How do you define overweight? Posted: 8/5/2005 12:21:05 AM | Overweight is defined differently by different people. It's very subjective. I've had men who think I'm 'fat' whereas others say, 'not fat, chunky'
has it changed your confidence level? Because I get hit on way more now that I've worked on some stuff and my confidence has soared then when it was low.

| How do you define overweight? Posted: 8/5/2005 12:22:35 AM | | I wouldn't say it has changed my confidence level but kind of makes me wonder sometimes....like i said i still get hit on but by older guys, which is not my thing i'm only 20. | |

| How do you define overweight? Posted: 8/5/2005 5:43:25 AM | Kristalina, weight is a personal question. I like a woman I'm not going to have to worry about breaking in half. I do a little snowmobiling because the ranch here is som remote, but snowshoes and Teles have helped me get back into great shape. Quads are without doubt the worst thing to happen to the outdoors since clear cut logging. If you really do love the outdoors you will give them up, for recreational use anyway. Listen to your friend here, if you didn't have a confidence problem would you really be here asking about the issue? If you want to get hit on by younger guys do your best to become as youthfull as possible. Our fitness criterias relax with age, so if you want the attention of young men get fit again. | |

| How do you define overweight? Posted: 8/5/2005 5:47:39 AM | in my opinion, you can still look good with a few extra pounds.....
it all just depends on your attitude and how proportionate you are....
i can't believe i am admitting this...but i am 5 '5 and weigh in at 188lbs
and i get hit on all of the time...

| How do you define overweight? Posted: 8/5/2005 6:46:06 AM | I think if you weight interferes with normal daily tasks and is causing health problems, then you need to do something about it. If not and you feel good about yourself, then who cares what the scale says. I would rather be "thick" than too skinny, to me, it's not attractive, and I have seen MANY "overweight" women who are VERY attractive and look GREAT!
OT: I like to call myself "thick" not fat, LOL... and luckily for me, I have always been attracted to Hispanic men.. and most of them, not all, like fat a s s e s... Lucky me! lol

| How do you define overweight? Posted: 8/5/2005 11:50:27 AM | | I'm a big girl. I've been big most of my life. My family is big. But we are also active. I'm very active, and I'm very healthy, and I'm okay with me. I don't have a problem getting dates, so apparently there's men who are okay with me too. | |

| How do you define overweight? Posted: 8/5/2005 11:57:37 AM | | It's not the weight that should matter as far as looks go but if the weight is affecting health issues like blood pressure and things of that nature then that would be the only time I would worry about it. As long as you are healthy be happy with yourself and if someone doesn't like you for who you are then they aren't worth wasting your time with anyway ;) | |

| How do you define overweight? Posted: 8/5/2005 12:10:01 PM | | I define overweight on a woman based on whether she weighs more than I do. I'm 5'10 160-165 and I'm considered average height and weight. I've never dated a woman taller than 5'7, because they tend to want the 6 foot plus crowd, so if she's heavier than I am, she's overweight. She might still be attractive, but she could certainly stand to lose a few (5-15) pounds without losing her femininity or shape. | |

| How do you define overweight? Posted: 8/5/2005 12:27:45 PM | | I don't think all skinny people are anorexic or unhealthy, but I don't think all big people are lazy and unhealthy or undisciplined either. | |

| How do you define overweight? Posted: 8/5/2005 12:33:26 PM | | i think overweight, definition is BS i dont think people should use it......because by defition i am obeese, and i got a tummy but i am not fat.......well a little bit.....everyone is different because we are all snowflakes.......lol | |

| How do you define overweight? Posted: 8/5/2005 12:55:03 PM | that's true-it depends on the person. it also depends on how the person feels about themselves. If I feel fat, then I think that others see me as being fat. but if I feel smaller, then I am more confident & feel that that is how others see me. | |

| How do you define overweight? Posted: 8/5/2005 1:51:09 PM | | @ rafael3 so i'm overweight is what you're saying? i'm a girl, i'm 5'11 and i weigh 150..... never been called fat in my life, in highschool i was 5'11 135 and lemme tell you now that i've gained a few i get hit on a lot more........ | |

| How do you define overweight? Posted: 8/5/2005 2:18:09 PM | | You're not heavier than I am, nor are you under 5'7. I don't understand how you could make that assumption based on what I said earlier. What I was getting at was, that any woman 5'7 or shorter that was 165-170+ IS definitely overweight. She could still be attractive, sexy, in demand etc, but she would be overweight. | |
|
| How do you define overweight? Posted: 8/5/2005 3:40:55 PM | | well, the way science defines overweight is when your body fat is more than it should be according to your height...the way most of society determines overweight is when you notice it. | |
|
| How do you define overweight? Posted: 8/5/2005 4:24:04 PM | definition of overweight: When your belly hangs over your belt more than an couple of inches would be a sign to say away from McDonalds.....and head over to 24 hr Fitness or something. | |

| How do you define overweight? Posted: 8/5/2005 4:50:18 PM | if you fart and it causes an avalanche (if you are in the mountains) or causes an earthquake...then I would say you are definately overweight.

|
| How do you define overweight? Posted: 8/5/2005 4:55:13 PM | im fat and ive never had trouble wiping my ass, ever. Also i have no problem with thin woman and i dont think they are anorexic.....unless i see bones poking through really bad.
But determining if you are overweight is different for lots of people. I mean there are lots of people who are 5'10 200lbs and in perfect health. It really just depends on your medical history and genes and all that.
But long story short, dont complain if your fat. EVERYONE HATES TO HEAR SOMEONE WHINE ABOUT BEING FAT. Just join a healthclub, buy some slim slow, and just because you see McDonalds on the way home does not mean you have to stop.
