But last winter for fuel oil I paid $1.99 per gal. This year I think I might freeze or go out and buy a heat pump, | |

the word 'cheap' was never part of the equasion!

DO get it correct! consider also oil from sources OTHER than OPEC pegged at a world price

So lets round it off to 4 ltrs.
So if gas here is 98 cents/ltr,
then that's $3.92 canadian,
or $3.23 American for a gallon.

Realize that refineries must make sometimes over 40 different types of gasoline to meet the EPA standards of a given locale. I say lets loosen the damn restrictions and make ONE type of gas.
