| Brazillian (shaved) Posted: 8/13/2005 5:59:21 AM | Ok.. Everyone here seems to be in favour of the hairless p_ssy. I shave. Once I decided to go get a brazillian done because I figured it would be lovely and smooth and last for a while, not like the old razor jobbie that needs my attention on a daily basis. Off I went, armed with my forty bucks and an itchy inch of hair, and left my dignity at the door of the salon. The beautician began waxing, and after about five minutes I was feeling a little queasy. That's fine. I can put up with pain if it's for a good cause. By the time she was done, I was feeling as green as the time I'd done loop the loops in a tigermoth. I purchased an expensive little tub of aloe and tea tree ointment to help prevent ingrown hairs. "Just run a quick razor over it if a few little hairs pop up - we didn't quite get them all" she said.
Well. I looked like a plucked turkey! It was dismal. A few hairs popped up in the next day or two and when I went to "run a quick razor" over them, nearly took the top off some of the goose bumps. It was ghastly! Finally, by the time the goose bumps settled down, the hair was well growing back so it was back to the razor for me! I have a feeling that had I perservered and gone back for a few brazillians in a row, the plucked duck look may have become minimal, but i wasn't willing to strangle the dough or go through the discomfort to find out!
I'd love some feedback from some of you who get regular brazillians!

| Brazillian (shaved) Posted: 7/20/2006 9:05:01 PM | | I shave mine. I think it hurts when someone waxes my EYEBROWS - there's no way I'm letting someone wax my p*ssy! LOL | |

| Brazillian (shaved) Posted: 7/20/2006 9:06:32 PM | | heard if you get them done again and again the hair growth slows down. | |
|
| Brazillian (shaved) Posted: 7/20/2006 9:58:45 PM | girls are insane...
if I ever had to do anything like that, I'd probably die screaming....

| Brazillian (shaved) Posted: 7/20/2006 11:34:13 PM | I used to get waxed, but the upkeep was such a pain - literally. I decided to do something more permanent: Brazilian laser hair removal. It costs more upfront, of course, but in the long run, it'll actually save me money, not to mention several more years of pain. It's not the most pleasant thing to have done, but it sure hurts less than waxing, IMO. And no plucked turkey look! | |

| Brazillian (shaved) Posted: 7/20/2006 11:36:11 PM | Funny funny funny. I read up on this and ladies let it rest for a few days and it should be fine. The funniest thing I read is that the guys can get a "backs, cracks, and sacks" treatment as well.
and ladies it is more sensitive when shaved for both of us and taste alot better. My tongue loved a mowed lawn.

I know I love the taste and feel of a clean shaven or brazillian P##sy...heck if it is clean there I can stay for hours...I love it!
|
| Brazillian (shaved) Posted: 7/21/2006 2:13:38 AM | | It hurts less and less each time you do it. Wouldn't do it any other way! | |
|
| Brazillian (shaved) Posted: 7/21/2006 3:33:23 AM | | Why "get used to" unnecessary pain? That sounds awful! | |
|
| Brazillian (shaved) Posted: 7/21/2006 5:45:10 AM | | How awfully painful. Why do you guys torture yourself that way? Don't really understand the shaving thing - trimming, yes - for bathing suit season. Personally I like them looking like they got Don King in a leg lock. | |

| Brazillian (shaved) Posted: 7/21/2006 6:14:28 AM | i've always admired weman going that extra mile for men..shaving skiils take time to acquire, experiment with a different equipment, electric shavers ( go for good quality one), beard trimmers, you will find your fit..let me know when you 'll need help | |

Strawberryquicksand, I think I speak for everyone here when I say we need to see a picture of the plucked turkey...
There is a shick intimate electric shaver that works pretty well
|
| Brazillian (shaved) Posted: 7/21/2006 7:31:55 AM | I shave but am probably too chicken to wax. I like the idea of laser though...is it truly permanent?
Having your partner shave you can be totally erotic. Lying back while they cover you in foam, shave you clean...and hopefully finish the job with the "tongue test" (just to make sure it's totally smooth you understand!)

| Brazillian (shaved) Posted: 7/21/2006 7:48:34 AM | The funniest thing I read is that the guys can get a "backs, cracks, and sacks" treatment as well. Your true friend, it is true, my friend ran a laser clinic and it was all backs, sacks and cracks, usually homosexuals where the ones getting their cracks buffed.
OP - Strawberryquicksand. I've had nothing but nasty experiences getting my chest waxed. It went something like this: Painful, 2 days of red red smooth skin, then the ingrown hair and zits for up to 3 weeks, by the time the zits/ingrown hairs go away the hair is growing back in.
Electrolysis, tweezers, shaving or Laser, the only way for my chest and I.

| Brazillian (shaved) Posted: 7/21/2006 8:11:03 AM | {ersonally, ANY way that a p*ssy gets smooth is the right way- I can't stand spitting out hair. my UTMOST respect to all who have it smooth! | |
|
| Brazillian (shaved) Posted: 7/21/2006 8:15:54 AM | LMAO @ Plucked Turkey!!!!! Everyone's first experience is the worst! I can't believe that your esthetician told you to SHAVE the last few hairs off, that was a stupid thing for her to do. Did she also tell you not to have a hot bath for a couple of days, as the temperature of the water can burn your follices and create the *freshly plucked chicken* appearance of your foofer????? It is always going to swell a little bit, but usually after a few hours or so, the swelling goes down, and you have a nicely waxed yammer. If you decide to try again, go to a more reputable salon. | |
|
| Brazillian (shaved) Posted: 7/21/2006 8:37:52 AM | | ^^^^^ Totally agree Felanie!! I do the brazillian thing every 3 weeks and it hurts less and less each time. (I still have to have her do the brazillian before she does my legs tho!!! If she didn't I would totally not follow through! How silly is that! LOL) | |

... When I saw 'Brazillian' , I figured this thread would be about soccer
|
| Brazillian (shaved) Posted: 7/21/2006 8:50:16 AM | I've been doing it forever, its the only way to go, it gets better... But, yeah, you have to leave your dignity at the door, for sure... ;) | |
|
| Brazillian (shaved) Posted: 7/21/2006 8:54:50 AM | Yeah, what dignity??? once you have children(or during pregnancy), and every effen intern in the hospital has to have a look up your yammer, you don't have any dignity... LOL But yeah, having a stranger's face down between your legs can get mighty uncomfortable! Especially when you have to put your hand down on your foofer, and stretch the skin... *shudders*... But one can look at it another way... LOL... It's the closest anyone has been to my kitty in months!!!!! *doh!*
