| A little note
Posted: 8/20/2005 2:57:56 PM | As you all know my husband is going to iraq to serve 18 months for our country. last night we went to this party on his base. and one soldier who already went and came back said something that i think everyone should remember and never forget. he said that whether or not you agree with the war, most likely you know someone in the war or know someone who has a relative serving our country. we shouldn't forget that those people leave there homes and families to go over there and defend choices made by our country. this isn't a thread about the rights and wrongs about the war, so please don't make it into one. its a thread to remember all those soldiers who have left there kids and wifes and parents to go over there and protect us, this is also for all those families whose loved one don't make it home. so if anyone has anyone has anything kind of sweet soldier story or anything they wanna share please do it here and remember all those soldiers in your prayers.
i know that i've been posting alot about soldiers lately but its having a huge impact on my life. and my families. | |
