STREET PARKING ONLY BUS #'S 2 AND 3 GO ALMOST TO THE DOOR GET OFF AT VANIER PARKWAY BUS #'S 18 AND 14 COME WITH IN TWO BLOCKS GET OFF AT RIVER RD. THIS event will consist of 5 minute intervals with each person and a 10 minute break half way through the event and then a short break before dinner.
